\nThe focus of Girls’ Brigade is to help girls to know God and to follow Jesus in all aspects of their lives. The Girls’ Brigade motto is to “Seek, Serve and to Follow Christ”<\/p>\n

Girls’ Brigade companies meet in local churches around Australia and are also found in many different countries around the world. Girls meet each week during term time to complete activities, achieve badges and earn special awards. Girls’ Brigade programmes offer a variety of interesting, challenging and exciting activities for girls of all ages, including opportunity for girls to develop their leadership skills. Girls wear a uniform which helps to promote a sense of pride and belonging.<\/p>\n

Within a Company girls are divided into four age appropriate groups:
\nCadets: K – year 2
\nJuniors: year 3 – year 6
\nSeniors: year 7 to year 8
\nPioneers: Year 9 to 18 years<\/p>\n

Girl’s Brigade is supported by a strong team of leaders who have participated in training to help them with their roles. Our leaders work hard to provide a safe and encouraging environment for all our girls as they participate in all aspects of the program. Any Christian women (18+) who would be interested in being part of this vibrant team are welcome to make inquiries.<\/p>\n

Goulburn Girls Brigade<\/strong> meets on Tuesday’s during the school term from 6pm – 8pm in the Goulburn Uniting Church Wesley Centre, 49 Goldsmith St, Goulburn. Cost $3 per week.<\/p>\n
